\nproducts, services, and promotions (all of the foregoing the \u201cLa Oficina Insurance Agency
\nProgram\u201d). La Oficina Insurance Agency may from time to time, use a standard or an
\nautomatic telephone dialing system (\u201cAuto-dialer\u201d) to deliver text messages to you under the La
\nOficina Insurance Agency Program. You agree that you will not use the La Oficina Insurance
\nAgency Program for any illegal or unlawful purposes. No coverage may be bound or amended
\nvia text message or the La Oficina Insurance Agency Program.<\/p>\n

Message Frequency<\/strong>
\nUnder the La Oficina Insurance Agency Program, the number of La Oficina Insurance
\nAgency text messages that you receive may vary depending on your account activity and your
\ncommunication with La Oficina Insurance Agency.<\/p>\n

Cost<\/strong>
\nLa Oficina Insurance Agency does not impose a separate fee for sending La Oficina

\nequipment\/mobile devices, or through all wireless carriers, and not all functionalities of the La
\nOficina Insurance Agency Program are available on all equipment\/mobile devices, or through
\nall wireless carriers. La Oficina Insurance Agency may, from time to time, at its discretion and
\nwithout notice to you, limit the carriers that support the La Oficina Insurance Agency Program.
\nCertain other carriers may not support the La Oficina Insurance Agency Program. Delivery of
\ninformation and content to your equipment\/mobile device may fail due to a variety of
\ncircumstances or conditions. The La Oficina Insurance Agency Program is subject to
\ntransmission limitation or interruption. You understand and acknowledge that mobile network
\nservices are outside of La Oficina Insurance Agency\u2019s control, and La Oficina Insurance
\nAgency is not responsible or liable for issues arising therefrom, or the failure thereof, including,
\nwithout limitation, technical, hardware, software, electronic, network, telephone or other
\ncommunications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, errors in transmission, traffic
\ncongestion, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, wireless phone
\nconnections, website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic
\ncongestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) of failed,
\nincomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed transmissions which may limit or restrict your ability to
\nreceive or send a message, including any injury or damage to your or any other person\u2019s
\nequipment\/wireless device relating to or resulting from participating in or using the La Oficina
\nInsurance Agency Program. If the La Oficina Insurance Agency Program is not available
\nwithin your intended location, you agree that your sole remedy is to cease using La Oficina
\nInsurance Agency Program<\/p>\n

How to Opt-In<\/strong>
\nTo opt-in to receive text messages from La Oficina Insurance Agency under the La Oficina
\nInsurance Agency Program, complete the SMS\/Text Messaging Opt-In Form and submit it to
\nLa Oficina Insurance Agency, La Oficina Insurance Agency will then send you a text
\nmessage asking you to confirm your enrollment in the La Oficina Insurance Agency Program.<\/p>\n

\nProgram, including, without limitation, notifying La Oficina Insurance Agency in writing
\nimmediately if you change, or cease being the regular user of, your mobile telephone number.<\/p>\n

You agree to indemnify La Oficina Insurance Agency in full for all claims, expenses, damages,
\nand costs, including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees, related to or cause in whole or in part by your
\nfailure to notify La Oficina Insurance Agency if you change your telephone number, or cease
\nbeing the regular user of, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, damages, and costs
\nrelated to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. \u00a7 227 et seq.<\/p>\n
